Description
Vitamin D is and essential vitamin for children and contributes to the growth and development of bones and teeth and is needed for normal immunity and muscles. Vitamin D is required for normal inflammatory responses in the body and adequate levels may help protect against inflammatory conditions such as asthma and eczema. The UK Department of Health recommends that all infants and young children aged 6 months to 5 years should take a vitamin D supplement. Sunshine D drops can be given to babies from one month old.
Not suitable for babies consuming more than 500ml of formula milk per day.
